Movies We Watch

Great car chases and big explosions are the highlight of this film with an ordinary plot mixed with consipracy theories, terrorism and out of control computers.

I enjoyed the timing of the film. It was fast paced. But the out of control, rogue computer thing had us wondering if people in films and television actually ever watch films and television. Aria is just an advanced version of HAL. HAL is 41 years old folks. Have we not learned to put an off switch on the computers we give full control of our well being to? And not in the same room?

So, fun film, good action, some interesting enough plot twists, but somewhat lacking in the imagination I would have like to have seen. Would I watch it again? Sure, if I was in the mood to see a drone take out almost an entire tunnel of traffic. And that mood has been hitting a lot more lately.
