Movies We Watch

Based on a true story and set in the 70′s.  This heist film has a group of pretty amateur criminals taking away a huge amount of cash and other items from safe deposit boxes in a London bank. A pretty basic story line, but it had Jason Statham in it, so it was a must in this house.

There was a lot going on in the story with the main group, the govenment group and the mobsters. Sometimes too much to follow for a film that I wanted to be a good old fun bank heist film.

So, not a bad film. Not a great film. Worth the watch if you have the time and like this type of film. Some surprises at the end.

Martine offers Terry a lead on a foolproof bank hit on London’s Baker Street. She targets a roomful of safe deposit boxes worth millions in cash and jewelry.
